Trend Update: white collar, blouses, accessories and XXL collar I Styleseven

Styleseven Week is coming up and this time 6 bloggers show you different outfits with white collars. Today my look is up for grabs and I decided to go with a style I’ve seen more and more on Instagram and Pinterest. A plate skirt with a sweatshirt and casual sneakers with it and as a small accessory the white collar peeks out. Collars are a trend for 2021, but now as an accessory!

Collar as accessories

There are the white collars to buy as accessories, so you can rock the look even on warmer days. The accessory is especially suitable for the office and the best thing is, you can wear the collar with different styles and thus also figure-hugging blouses and shirts. But also for a casual look a white collar is an eye-catcher and for my look I got inspired by the school uniform look.

My outfit with white collar

My outfit is a casual street style version of a school uniform and reminds me a bit of Gossip Girl. The series is starting its reboot this year and I thought it was quite fitting and brought my own style to it. In terms of color I decided for the classic blue, white and beige.

Trend collar

The trend has already started in 2020 and will continue this year. Large collars in the form of blouses or as a detachable accessory are in and these styles are especially hot. collars with embroidery, white collars, collars made of lace or a lace hem and ruffles.
