I myself get up at 5 o’clock in the morning and that although I have always been a morning grouch and sometimes still am. If you drink a glass of water in the morning your metabolism is stimulated, that makes you more awake and with a slice of lemon in the water it also helps you lose weight. To have your water right next to your bed in the morning, it’s best to fill yourself up with something in a water bottle.
